For all of these images, I used two dynalite heads with umbrellas. It's a more simplistic set up than a typical posed portrait, but that is because spending 5 minutes with 20 different people of varying heights, personalities, for a headshot, and full body, etc. Have to have a set up that I don't have to lose time adjusting between.
