I don't believe I know a single person who hasn't participated in a zoom call in the past few months. And that includes my mother who doesn't use email and my spouse's 90+ grandma in Kansas. Seeing the need (or just tired of looking at low quality video feeds), Olympus announced FREE value-add to many OM-D cameras (all the E-M1 cameras [-X, Mark II, Mark II] and the E-M5 Mark II) where you can convert your camera into a webcam via USB that you can download here

Unfortunately, this beta software is currently only for Windows systems, but there is hope that an macOS might be in the pipeline.

Mac + Olympus users aren't totally left out, Ted Colegrove did create this handy Learn and Support Article about Streaming Video with Your Olympus Camera. Obviously, a USB plug-n-play is an easier option. Which will come first, the end of coronavirus and excessive zoom meetings, or a beta for Mac? As with many thing, only time will tell.

Speaking of Zoom meetings, if you haven't already, I got a good chuckle from this "I Knew Zoom Was Trouble" - Taylor Swift Parody by the Holderness Family.
