I hadn't been assigned to cover any of the Avaya construction or ribbon cutting, so apart from the occasional drive by, this was all new to me, and WOW.

Perfect size for MLS, even the concourse has incredibly, views, the open bar along the back.

Looking at some of my photos that I quickly took pre-game, it looks like the digital mock up! But this is real. If I wasn't trying to shoot every game, I would be trying to go to every game for the atmosphere, San Jose skyline, watching the planes land at SJC... oooh and going to In-N-Out before or after =)

Anyways, the game was fun to cover, nice for the Quakes to pick up a win for their first game.
