My family has always been wonderful, understanding and accommodating and even supportive of my work. This Christmas, it almost seemed like the best option. Let's mix up Christmas a bit! Without working - it would have been the routine of waking up Christmas morning, opening the presents... and then there would have been a big hole in everyone's heart when my grandma's doorbell ring never came and we tried to continue the day as if one of the biggest parts wasn't missing.

Then an exciting Warriors game where the players obviously weren't feeling the Christmas spirit and Draymond Green and Blake Griffin both got ejected and there were certainly some extra pushes until the very end with a Warriors win.
