Food is one of the most critical and joyful components of our daily lives. Whether it is my routine parfait part-ay, a brunch scramble, cheese on a picnic, nuts on a hike or a savory dinner with friends served with plenty of conversation. Food affects our energy, our mood, our body and our relationship to the earth.
