Blue Jays defeat Athletics 3-1
After having Friday off I headed back to the ballpark for an afternoon game between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Oakland Athletics.
Since A's had gone 15 innings the night before, I figured it was going to be a lackluster game that didn't last long... and it looked that way as A's were up 1-0 going into the ninth.
But of course David Cooper hits a home run and we went into extra innings.
And it started raining... in August?!? Aye aye aye!
Blues Jays put up a solid two more runs after an error at third base in the 11th for a comfortable lead
Win or lose, the A's love to keep it dramatic!
