I've been meaning to go sledding and snow shoeing since 2011, but with my schedule being so weird and the weather being even more weird, it's been almost impossible. Finally had a couple days off so decided it was now or never. 

And I had such a great time, because I'm actually 5 years old.

There wasn't much snow on the ground except for right at the summit, which thankfully had a good amount of powder. A little too much for my sledding capabilities.

And my snow shoeing capabilities aren't much to brag about either. But I had a blast!!

My mom grew up in Truckee, so she is a mountain mama.

And for my grandma, it was great to visit... and not have to dread shoveling herself out of the snow like she used too!
